Zinc Borate is a versatile flame retardant and smoke suppressant and can be used as a partial replacement for Antimony Trioxide in a variety of halogenated flame retardant polymer systems. These products are not only effective flame retardant synergies but they also reduce smoke generation which can sometimes be a problem when Antimony Oxide is alone used.
