 R & D for Business

In today's competitive scenario, DMCC realizes the importance of building our store of intellectual property and our R & D team is a key player helping us develop and patent new products. From literature surveys, through laboratory and pilot trials and all the way to commercial production, the R&D team is actively involved. At different stages, relevant stakeholders are involved such as

  • Customers
  • Production personnel
  • Marketing personnel
  • Projects Teams
  • Safety & Environment personnel

The R&D team is made up of scientists and engineers with several years of experience. They are based at a manufacturing plant and equipped with important  analytical and experimental tools. Pilot plants are also managed by this team. Hence scale-up from laboratory level is rapid. The R&D team is held accountable for initial commercial production and hand-over to the Manufacturing team, hence processes are developed which can be safely operated and are economically viable, with minimum effluent .

At the request of Customers, the R&D team takes up commercial process development and process troubleshooting covered by confidentiality agreements.
