New Name & Old Name of the Company

With reference to our company “The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Limited” (“the Company”), this is to inform you that the name of the company has been changed from “The Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Company Limited” to “DMCC SPECIALITY CHEMICALS LIMITED” in accordance with the approval from the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Office of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated 12th October, 2022 and a new Certificate of Incorporation upon the change of name of the company as issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra dated 12th October, 2022.
